How to fly proximity in Speedflying

When you like to learn Speedflying und fly proximity some in some Time first start paragliding or skydiving. after some seasons of practice you can start with speedriding on a medium size wing like 12qm. Then when it works good for you wait for the summer and start then footlounching a 13qm glider and try to fly more and more near the contour. But remember always stay safe, it can be pretty dangerous
